Cancellation terms
Change of a ticket is not possible. The ticket has to be canceled.
Cancellation fees:
- more than 24 hours – cancellation fee is 25% of the ticket price.
- 0 – 23 hours – cancellation is not possible.
If you want to cancel your ticket, write us an email with your order ID. For urgent Cancellations and changes (e.g. pending orders) contact us also by telephone.
