sleeper train booked however the ticket did not arrive before I left. Am
I able to use a scan of the ticket, or will it need to be a hard copy of the

Hello. You need to show a valid document, scan or proof of payment is not a
valid traveling document. We can deliver tickets to your hotel in Vienna, too.
Or we can check whether electronic ticket is available or not.
