Dear Service, I am wondering,if it is possible to return the ticket in case
my travel plans changes? I am going from Kyiv to Vienna on 7th June 2025. I am
going to buy the ticket now but I am not sure whether it is returnable? Thanks

Hello. You can either return ticket sending it to back to our office (it
takes approx. one week to return money) or at the station but the the office has
up to 60 days to return the partial refund. You must always return ticket
before its expiration (date of travel).
