Hello Team,

My name is Rahul and We are planning a 10-night, 11-day private group trip across Central Europe ( Czech Republic – Austria – Slovenia – Slovakia – Budapest ) for tourism purposes. We are looking for a reliable transport partner who can provide a comfortable minivan or Minibus (with driver) for our entire journey. The group will have luggage, so appropriate space will be required 7– 10 Pax and the dates are from 13th August to 23rd August.

Here is our proposed travel itinerary:

• Day 1: Transfer from Prague city center to Český Krumlov (overnight stay) – Sightseeing in Český Krumlov • Day 2: Transfer to Salzburg, Austria – Sightseeing in Salzburg • Day 3: Day trip to Hallstatt and Königssee or Gosausee Lake (return to Salzburg) – Full-day sightseeing • Day 4: Transfer to Ljubljana, Slovenia – Sightseeing in Ljubljana • Day 5: Day trip to Lake Bled (return to Ljubljana) – Sightseeing around Lake Bled and nearby attractions • Day 6: Transfer to Bratislava, Slovakia – Sightseeing in Bratislava • Day 7: Transfer to Budapest, Hungary (hotel in Buda side, city center) – Sightseeing in Budapest

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with:

• A quote for the full itinerary • Vehicle options (minivan and Minibus preferred with enough space for passengers and luggage) • Information about the driver (English-speaking preferred) • Inclusions/ex­clusions (fuel, tolls, accommodation for driver if needed, etc.) • Payment terms and conditions

We will need two quotes –

Quote 1 –  All-inclusive quote.

Quote 2 – Also let us know the quote for minibus for 10 seater incase we have more people.
