Immediately after the loss, you can contact the Prague Public Transit Company hotline at 296 19 18 17, where our info centre employees will connect you with a dispatcher (losses in trams, losses in buses,…), who will try to contact the driver of the given vehicle directly, who can then search the vehicle and secure the object you\'ve forgotten.
