Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to ask if the departure and the arrival time
is punctual according to the shedule or if there are any delays. I'm asking
because I'm planning to book tickets for a concert back to Prague, so I would
like to be sure that I can make it to the event on time. Kind
Regards, Elena.

Dear Elena, thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately there may be a slight
delay when travelling by train. We cannot guarantee 100% arrival on time. It is
always better to have some extra time. Kind regards Pavla
