The price is per car, not per person, and you can book either a one-way transfer or a round-trip excursion that includes waiting time on site. Round-trip pricing depends mainly on how long you stay at the memorial. See the price above for your group size and options.
How much time should we allow for the visit?
Most visitors plan a full day; a typical stay on site is about 3–3.5 hours, which is enough to see both Auschwitz I and Birkenau. With children we would suggest around 3 hours, as the site is very moving. Your driver waits during the visit and takes you between the two sites, which are a few kilometres apart.
Can you pick us up at our hotel and drop us at Krakow Airport (or combine with the Salt Mine)?
Yes. The transfer is door-to-door in either direction, so we can collect you from your hotel and, on the return, drop you at Krakow Airport in good time for your flight. We can also combine the trip with the Wieliczka Salt Mine — just tell us your timings and we will build the itinerary.
Can we leave our luggage in the car, and how does payment work?
Yes, you can leave your luggage in the vehicle during the visit. Waiting time is charged at €15 per hour and is already built into round-trip excursion prices. You can pay in full in advance, or pay a deposit and settle the balance with the driver.
Do you offer a cheaper shared shuttle?
