Hi there, I would like to verify one of your staffs číslo 8265, he issued
me the fine of me and my friend 1600czk total, just because we bought the wrong
ticket, while I have requested if he and his co-worker could assist me to
purchase the right ticket with local language, they refused to help and only if
we pay 1600 to them. After checking our passport, they have issued the fine and
he received 1000czk while he gave the rest 600czk to his co-worker. Could you
please give me an explanation? I just want to know if this is the right
procedure. I could send you your staff's identity if you would like to know
