    Hello, we bought a Ticket for 3 persons from Rostock to Prague and back. Now,our friend broke his finger and can't go with us. The problem: we took his name on the ticket. Is it possible to change the name on the Ticket?

      Hello, thank you for contacting us. Usually, e-booking is not possible. Cancellation depends on the ticket/e-ticket type. If you purchased the ticket through our travel agency, please, look into your email and find the order confirmation with the ORDER ID (15 digit number), so that we can find your order and give you the options.
