Train connection - Prague railway (train) stations

We are reaching Prague airport on July 17 at 10 35 am and are interested in taking a train to Budapest the same day as soon as possible. We are 4 people travelling together, Our concerns are 1)Can we make it to the main train station by taxi in time to take the 11 42 train, since the next one is at 15 42 . 2)if we book the 11 42 train and do not reach in time or the flight is delayed is the money refunded? 3)Is a taxi a more flexible ,faster option and cost wise comparable.

Hello, I would strongly recommend to book train departing at 15.42 as if the flight is delayed you will not be able to make it. E-tickets cannot be refunded, if travelling on a regular train ticket, you can take either train at 11.42 or the one at 15.42. Taxi is way better than bus/tube.
