Your site is not clear with regards to assigned seats. When I bought my
tickets from Prague to Vienna, I was not given the option for assigned seats,
but after boarding other passengers kept moving me around because their tickets
were assigned to seats. Do I need to ask for an assigned seats when buying a
ticket. When I asked an employee working on the train they told me there are no
assigned seats. Which is it?
