    I had to get a new passport before leaving Australia so my passport number has now changed. How do I let you know of this so there\'s no issues when I get on this train or at the station?

      Dear Shanjuthan,

      thank you for contacting us.

      The train e-tickets are issued for specific person with specific passport number. Conductors will check the data on the tickets (names, ID numbers) and on your travel documents (passports, Ids). If the data does not match you have to buy a new ticket. Change or cancellation of train e-ticket is not possible.
