      Dear Ellen, thank you for the comment. You can collect the tickets when you want. Just come and tell us your name and the original pick up date. Kind regards Pavla

          Dear Ellen, if I understand it correctly you travel on 21st September. You can come until Friday (9am-5pm). We are closed during weekends. If you will not make it, you can pay 5 € and choose delivery to your address in Prague (hotel etc.). Kind regards Pavla

            Dear Palva, Thank you for your kind help. Since we can only reach Prague on 21 September, we wish to choose ticket delivery to the following address:

            LIDA Guesthouse Lopatecka 26, 14700 Praha – Podoli Tel: 261 214 766 Attn: Jan & Jiri Prouza

            Then we'll get the ticket at LIDA guesthouse on September 21.

            The delivery cost 5 Euro can be deducted via the master card used for the payment of ticket before.

                Dear Ellen, thank you for the reply. The delivery is no problem. As to the money, we do not have access to your credit card data. I will send you a payment link by email today. After we receive the payment, we will arrange the delivery. Kind regards Pavla
