I recently got pickpocketed in Paris and lost all my documents including my
ISIC card. I do however have proof that I have been a student in Paris. Would
that be enough or do I still have to pay the amount difference to board the

Unfortunately you have to present your card before boarding the bus. You can
try to talk with the steward, but I am afraid you will have to pay the
difference.
