second class tickets. Also do you have seniors rates?

It depends on type of train but in general in 1st class you have more space
and comfortable seats and less people. It's also more secure (in terms of
thievery). In some trains the 1st class has 220V electric plugs (for laptops
etc.) or you get some refreshment for free (in Pendolinos).
There are no senior rates unless you have a senior card (or just customer
card) issued by the Czech railways.
