No confirmation email or e-ticket or ticket number

I purchased 2 tickets on the 22nd of October under the name Jackson
Howes-Dale for a trip to Budapest leaving on the 12th of November and returning
on the 17th. And I never received a confirmation email with the e-tickets and
I also didn't receive a ticket number. I have the receipts from my paypal, and
also the deduction to STUDENT AGENCY in my bank statement as well as screen
shots from the student agency site saying my reservation was confirmed. Can
someone please help me find these tickets…?
