Hi I am Lorena Russi. I have a reservation for travel from Prahe to Berlin
the 2 of januar at 18:00, but i have a problem for take the auto bus at that
time, i want to change the trip for the same day but in the morning; i would
like to take the bus the 2 of january at 7:00 am o'clock. Thank you

Hello. I did not find any order connected to your email or surname. Either
way, Student Agency tickets to Berlin cannot be changed. They can be only
cancelled (75% refund). Then you will have to buy a new ticket for the new time.
If you are interested, write us your ticket number or the order ID. Pavla
