    The tickets you sold us were for a 09:01 train from Munich to Prague on 23.05. The train left at 08:30 instead of 09:01. How do I get a refund?

      thank you for contacting us. I forwarded your claim directly to Czech railways. Unfortunately train was depart at 8.40 AM, because Railways in Germany repair tracks. We will contact you, after we receive some information from Czech railways directly.
