Dear Yasunori Taga, thank you for contacting us. I found 3 direct day
trains (at 7am, 12am, 5pm). They can be bought a month in advance at earliest.
There are also Polskibuses, but the schedule is not available yet for September.
You would have to contact us later (a month).
