Exchange offices in Prague

The best way to change money is at a bank or
anywhere in Prague.

Many exchange bureaus lure tourists by offering attractive exchange rates, but then charge hefty handling charges (in the centre up to 25%). Never change money on the street. Recently, there have been many cases of tourists getting cheated, for instance, by receiving out-of-date Bulgarian money instead of Czech crowns.

Every of our four tourist information centres has its own exchange office. Change conditions:

transaction over 7000 CZK – 2%
transaction bellow 7000 CZK – 3%
minimum fee – 30 CZK
cash withdrawal on credit card – 6%
traveller`s cheque cashing – 6%
